We try to get things right every time (and most times we do) but we know that sometimes things don’t always go to plan. It is important to us that we continue to learn and improve.
We value feedback because it helps us to focus our improvement efforts. Feedback helps us know what is going well and to keep repeating, and it also helps us understand where things need to change.

You can give anonymous feedback, but if you would like an update on your feedback or to know what improvements have been made as a result of your comments, we encourage you to share your name and preferred contact method.
If you believe we have breached our responsibilities, this is how to make a whistleblowing disclosure
We are committed to providing safe and quality care that aligns with the Aged Care Act 2024 and strengthened standards. Our organisation also abides by the Corporations Act 2001.
In accordance with our Whistleblower Policy, if you have reasonable grounds to suspect that we have breached a provision of either of these Acts or the Standards and would like to make a Whistleblower disclosure external to the organisation, you can do so here.
This link will take you to an external, independent and anonymous service – called Stopline – who will receive and manage your whistleblowing disclosure.
