My Aged Care

Aged care all begins with a federal government My Aged Care assessment. Through this assessment, My Aged Care will identify your care needs and confirm your eligibility to receive Government subsidised aged care services.

Once eligible, you’ll need to start looking at what providers are right for you. There’s so much choice out there so this process can be overwhelming. If that’s the case, we can help.

To start your journey, simply contact ‘My Aged Care’ by calling 1800 200 422 or by visiting www.myagedcare.gov.au
